In the event of a major loss covered by insurance - please always remember that you, the insured, have the right to choose the contractor(s) who assist to restore all to a pre-loss condition. Water Damage Restoration
Structural drying services following initial water removal may include drying carpet/carpet pad in place on location, sanitizing surfaces as needed, drying structural components, including walls, floors, ceilings, cabinetry, crawl spaces, etc.! JOEY'S will help to facilitate fast drying, which in turn will limit concerns of mildew/mold growth, and musty odors. JOEY'S will utilize the principles of psychrometrics, precise moisture testing equipment, monitoring of the entire situation to establish a balanced drying system. Restorative drying services may also include usage of industrial fans, refrigerant dehumidifiers, low grain refrigerant dehumidifiers and/or desiccant dehumidifiers to accelerate the structural drying process, which will help promote a healthy indoor environment.
