Joey has worked in the cleaning and restoration industry since 1976. Providing training across the United States and Canada since 1985.
Recognized by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Master Cleaner, Restorer, and Senior Carpet Inspector with an IICRC certification number of 709.
Joey is an IICRC approved Instructor in Water Restoration, Odor Control, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. In addition, he also teaches continuing education courses in Advanced Spot and Stain Removal, Specialty Rug Cleaning, Restoration Arts, Marketing and Management.

Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) 2Day Course
Coming in January 2025
Cost: $350
This course provides the art and science of carpet cleaning. From Pre-Inspection, basic cleaning chemicals, equipment, to proper cleaning techniques and procedures.
Oder Control Technician (OCT) 1Day Course
Coming in January 2025
Cost: $200
This certification covers olfaction and odor, odor sources, detection process, theory of odor control, equipment, chemical options, and applications.
Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) 3Day Course
December 3rd-5th
Cost: $450
This course provides an overview of the skills necessary to process water damage restoration. It is ideal for professional and in house staff, adjusters, managers, and supervisors.
