Softwashing is the safer way to clean your home’s exterior.

Softwashing is an environmentally friendly method to thoroughly clean materials that may have been uncleanable or would be damaged by pressure washing. We use water-based, biodegradable chemicals to emulsify dirt and grime as well as completely sanitize 99.8% of the biological infestation and contaminants on your property. Soft washing uses less water than pressure washing and the cleaning lasts four to six times longer because Soft washing removes the root source from mold and mildew that can be invisibly left behind with a pressure-only cleaning. You will receive the instant cleaning and gratification you associate with pressure washing but without the risk of lifting shingles or marking softwood surfaces.
